Zusammenfassung

Schneider Electric’s Field Service Representatives play a pivotal role in servicing critical data center equipment within the U.S. Services business, Secure Power team. This role combines on-site repairs, preventive maintenance, and startup activities across Company and partner equipment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of field service and strong problem‑solving skills, EPA Universal Certification, and the ability to read schematics. Training is provided, with travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or similar experience in HVAC/R, electronics, or electrical discipline.
• 2+ years of field service repair and customer service with relevant equipment.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to read schematics, drawings and operation manuals.

Aufgaben

• Perform on-site startup, repair, preventive maintenance and field modifications.
• Collaborate with customers, electricians, sales partners and support teams.
• Complete service reports, expense reports and data sheets.
• Escalate complex issues to district/service director as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge through ongoing training.
