Job summary

Ensono is seeking an Associate Hardware Tech to support physical infrastructure in a secure data center environment. You will rack and stack equipment, troubleshoot hardware issues, and assist with server implementation and decommissioning while documenting hardware location and connections.

The role emphasizes independence as well as teamwork, with emphasis on data center best practices and effective ticketing documentation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cable installation.
• Some experience with the internals of computer hardware.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, with high energy and enthusiasm.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to document problem resolution summaries using an online ticketing system.
• Basic understanding of data center operations and equipment handling.
