Job summary

Ensono, a leading technology adviser and managed service provider, seeks a Senior Hardware Tech to lead complex data center hardware operations, including server and mainframe equipment. You will mentor junior technicians, manage remote data center activities, and coordinate with vendors to ensure uptime and service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware installation, troubleshooting, and repair in raised‑floor data centers.
• Serve as technical escalation point for hardware failures.
• Design and update raised floor plans and cabinet layouts for power, cooling, and connectivity.
• Manage remote data center operations and coordinate with on‑site teams.
• Mentor associate hardware technicians on installation and troubleshooting.
