Ensono is seeking a Senior Hardware Tech to lead complex hardware operations in mission-critical data centers. You will mentor technicians, manage inter-site deployments, and coordinate with vendors to ensure reliable server, network, and mainframe environments.

As a Senior Hardware Tech at Ensono, you will serve as a technical leader and escalation point for complex hardware operations within mission‑critical data center environments. Building on advanced expertise in raised‑floor data center operations, you will lead server implementation and decommissioning projects, troubleshoot complex hardware failures, and mentor junior technicians in best practices. You'll take ownership of intricate rack and stack operations, manage multi‑site data center infrastructure remotely, and ensure seamless coordination with vendor partners and remote support teams. Your deep knowledge of legacy and modern technologies—from mainframe systems to current network infrastructure—combined with your ability to analyze root causes and implement preventative measures, will directly safeguard the reliability of our clients' technology operations and enable them to Do Great Things.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $55,000 to $86,000 annually based on a full‑time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
