Job summary

Ensono is seeking an Associate Hardware Tech to join our data center operations in Omaha. You will rack and stack equipment, troubleshoot hardware issues, and manage server implementation and decommissioning activities in a secure data center environment.

You will verify power connections, label cables, and maintain detailed documentation of hardware location and connectivity. The role requires independence, teamwork, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cable installation.
• Experience working with the internals of computer hardware.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Ability to document problem resolution summaries using an online ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Rack and stack equipment in data center environment.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and ensure seamless server implementations and decommissioning.
• Verify power connections and status lights, install and label cables.
• Maintain detailed documentation of hardware location and connectivity.
