Job summary

Storm4 seeks a senior VP/GM to lead a rapidly expanding data center business unit, owning strategy, P&L, and cross-functional collaboration with executive leaders to drive growth across hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise markets.

The role focuses on integration of acquired companies, building high-performance teams, setting talent strategy, and shaping the company’s long-term position in critical infrastructure markets. Travel across North America will be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience with significant P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading complex, multi-functional business units.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience building and scaling organizations during rapid growth.
• Deep understanding of data center ecosystem and customer landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead a major data center business unit with full P&L ownership and accountability for growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Develop and execute the long-term strategy for multiple data center-focused business segments.
• Drive the successful integration and growth of acquired companies and emerging business lines.
• Build alignment across commercial, operations, engineering, and product teams.
• Define organizational structure, talent strategy, and succession planning across the business unit.
• Strengthen leadership capability through coaching, accountability, and performance management.
• Partner with executive leadership on market strategy, competitive positioning, and investment priorities.
• Develop customer relationships and support key business development initiatives across hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and AI infrastructure markets.
• Identify organic and inorganic growth opportunities, including strategic partnerships and acquisitions.
• Deliver operational excellence while scaling revenue, profitability, and market share.
