Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Business Development Manager in Columbus, OH to lead data center services sales strategy and growth. You will collaborate with delivery teams to identify solutions, win new logos, and expand existing accounts while traveling regionally and maintaining an in-office presence when not traveling.

The role requires deep data center, engineering, and project management services knowledge, and a track record of selling to OEMs, AECs, and utility providers with strong executive

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sales and new business development for engineering/services
• 5+ years in mission critical/data center industry selling onsite/offsite PM/CM or engineering outsourcing
• Proven ability to manage a customer portfolio in data center hyperscalers, AEC, or power/utility segments

Responsibilities

• Identify new services opportunities within target accounts aligned to Actalent's data center growth strategy.
• Provide subject-matter expertise on engineering services, construction mgmt, and project outsourcing for data center life cycle.
• Collaborate with internal delivery partners to win new logos and expand existing accounts.
