Metric DCX have partnered with a leading data center developer with a global pipeline and strong capital backing. They are seeking a Finance Director to be based out of their New York office, reporting to the Vice President of Investments and supporting cornerstone growth initiatives.

The role centers on project finance, M&A structuring, and hedging strategy, with a global scope and a primary focus on the US business.

Formación

• Must have operated in a similar senior finance role, ideally within data centers or digital infrastructure.
• Experience in project finance, M&A structuring, and hedging strategies is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver on project finance initiatives for data center developments.
• Structure M&A deals and hedging strategies in collaboration with senior leaders.
• Serve as the finance partner to US Delivery, Operations and Commercial teams with a global perspective.
