The GOR Group is seeking a General Superintendent to lead field execution across multiple large data center projects. This senior role oversees Project Superintendents, field teams, and client engagements, driving safety, quality, and schedule performance.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification required.
• LEED Green Associate credential preferred.
• Expertise in scheduling using MS Project and Primavera P6.
• Proven ability to lead large field teams on complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of BIM coordination and field technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide field leadership across multiple concurrent data center projects.
• Drive execution through all construction phases.
• Assess project health and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with executives to achieve safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Lead coordination of complex MEP systems and commissioning readiness.
• Develop execution strategies supporting prefabrication and modularization.
• Oversee staff development and field performance.
