Job summary

Network Connex is seeking a Senior Project Superintendent to provide advanced leadership and strategic oversight for large-scale, multi-site data center construction projects within the Data Center Services unit. You will mentor field teams, set performance standards, and ensure safe, on-time, within-budget delivery while upholding the highest quality standards.

• Proven ability to lead large-scale construction projects.
• Extensive experience with mission-critical and hyperscale data centers.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture and enforce safety programs.
• Lead safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Oversee field operations across multiple sites and drive schedule adherence.
• Manage subcontractor performance, procurement, and material logistics.
• Review schedules and budgets; ensure milestones are met.
