Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Field Service Representative to service critical data center equipment across the U.S. You will perform startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modifications, reading schematics and operating manuals to diagnose issues.

You’ll collaborate with customers, electricians, and partners, complete field service and expense reports, and participate in ongoing training. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in HVAC/R, electronics, or military training.
• 2+ years in field service repair and customer service with relevant equipment.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Ability to read schematics and write clear service reports.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment in the field.
• Document field service reports and expenses.
• Coordinate with customers and partners to resolve issues.
• Support training and knowledge sharing.
