Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Field Service Representative to perform startup, repair, and preventive maintenance on critical data center equipment within the U.S. Services team. You will work with customers, partners, and colleagues to resolve issues and ensure uptime.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Field Services or equivalent industry experience.
• Associate degree or vocational HVAC/R or electrical training is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Pre-site, startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modification of equipment.
• Solve problems with customers, electricians, sales partners, and support teams.
• Complete field service reports and startup data sheets, and assist with escalated issues.
• Travel within region for local support and larger system startups when needed.
• On-the-job training and continuous learning in various products.
