Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in CS/CE/EE or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years field support on enterprise servers preferred.
• On-site customer service and break/fix experience valued.
• Strong English communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• On-site and remote troubleshooting of Supermicro equipment in enterprise environments.
• Drive customer satisfaction through preventive maintenance and timely parts cycles.
• Provide second-line support to resellers and distributors.
• Travel to field sites up to 25% and mentor new engineers.
