EOS IT Solutions in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Data Center Field Operations Lead to guide the infrastructure engineering team. You will oversee installation, service, maintenance, and testing of low voltage cabling, fiber optics, and related systems within data centers, ensuring safe, scalable, and compliant operations.

You will implement procedures, mentor staff, manage tickets, and drive continuous improvement while meeting SLAs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a technology services/technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years leading teams and managing low voltage cable infrastructure installations.
• 2+ years of people management with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, service, and maintenance of low voltage and fiber cabling in data centers.
• Lead and mentor a technical team, ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations.
• Develop and enforce MOP/CMOP guidelines and manage tickets and infrastructure interfaces.
