The Weitz Company is seeking a Field Operations Manager to manage and coordinate all field activities on data center projects in the Iowa Business Unit, based in Des Moines and Cedar Rapids. This role reports to the Construction Manager and leads a qualified force of field supervisors.

Ideal candidates will have extensive commercial construction and leadership experience, with the ability to develop teams, plan project execution, and oversee field operations across multiple sites within Iowa.

Qualifications

• Eight years of commercial construction and business management experience required.
• Experience as a Senior Project Superintendent preferred.
• Strong leadership and the ability to manage field teams across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all field operations on data center projects in IA.
• Provide guidance to Project Superintendents and advise Project Managers on field issues.
• Plan projects through preconstruction and manage field personnel development and deployment.
