Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience in PM or similar role.
• Commercial GC experience required.
• Industry-related degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to project teams and stakeholders.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage change orders and subcontractors.
