Job summary

KALCON is seeking a Field Construction Manager (Owner's Representative) for a data center project in Tulsa, OK. The role is hybrid and requires a strong on-site presence to lead field activities, oversee contractors, and verify progress against schedules.

You will partner with GC teams, vendors, and owner stakeholders to drive safety, quality, and timely execution. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of relevant experience, a construction management or engineering degree, and knowledge of civil,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CM/engineering/architecture preferred.
• 5–7 years in commercial/industrial or data center construction.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, schedules, and contracts.
• OSHA 30 preferred; PM/CCM/PE a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Owner's on-site representative across all construction phases.
• Lead field activities, coordinate with GC and subs, and track progress.
• Validate schedules, monitor safety, quality, and compliance.
• Prepare field reports and maintain RFIs, submittals, and logs.
• Support commissioning readiness and turnover to operations.
