You will supervise 24x7 teams, coordinate with vendors, and uphold safety standards across switchgear, generators, UPS, chillers, and cooling systems. The role requires 5+ years in management and 3+ years in electrical or mechanical areas within data centers, with a focus on efficiency and uptime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work in a management position with 5 or more direct reports
• 3+ years of electrical or mechanical experience
• 3+ years of engineering, installation, or startup/commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems involved in data center operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the data center’s critical physical infrastructure and maintain high availability
• Manage on-site 24x7 shift technicians, sub-contractors and vendors
• Drive safety and security culture and compliance within the team
• Hire, coach, and promote team members and manage performance
• Oversee operation and management of routine and emergency services on critical systems
