Responsibilities

• Oversee data center's physical infrastructure and maintain high quality work with no customer impact.
• Lead 24x7 engineering technicians across the region and career development.
• Drive improvement projects from concept to completion with cross-team collaboration.
• Coordinate daily with multiple vendors to meet contracted SLAs.
• Manage the operations budget and expenditures.
• Serve as after-hours on-call Data Center Facility Manager, handling investigations and recoveries.
