Job summary

SpaceXAI Memphis is seeking a Facilities Operations Supervisor to oversee data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and environmental systems. You will lead a team of Facilities Operations Technicians, drive reliability, and optimize maintenance processes to minimize downtime.

You will implement SOPs, collaborate with engineering and procurement, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while maintaining strong cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing critical facilities systems, including power, cooling, and environmental controls.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems in data centers.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Facilities Operations Technicians.
• Oversee maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of data center infrastructure.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and SOPs to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure safety compliance and coordinate with engineering and procurement.
• Provide on-call support for critical facilities incidents.
