Job summary

SpaceXAI Memphis is seeking a Data Center Supervisor to oversee the health and performance of server and network infrastructure across data centers and global points of presence. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring optimal operations and continuous improvement in MTTD and MTTR.

Your role encompasses hands-on technical leadership, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain and enhance our data center operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years managing server/storage/compute/network hardware in data centers.
• Proven leadership in a data center or technical operations setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data center technicians to achieve excellence.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of server and network infrastructure.
• Manage data center operations including power, cabling, and cooling concepts.
• Develop and enforce SOPs; ensure safety protocol adherence.
• Coordinate with engineering to ensure hardware intake and repair flow.
• Track inventory and assets; manage tickets in Jira.
• Collaborate on network layout design and implementation.
• Drive initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Provide on-call support for critical events.
