Job summary

SpaceXAI Memphis seeks a Site Operations Supervisor to oversee server and network infrastructure health across data centers and PoPs. You will lead a team of technicians, drive continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety practices.

The role requires hands-on technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strong prioritization. Expect on-site work with potential evenings and weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a data center or technical operations environment.
• Strong Linux skills and scripting ability.
• Experience with server, storage, compute, and network hardware.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data center technicians.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of server and network infrastructure.
• Manage data center operations, including power, cabling, labeling, and decommissioning.
• Develop and enforce SOPs and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with engineering and provisioning for hardware intake and repair.
• Use inventory systems for tracking and reporting.
• Handle data center tickets via Jira and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate on network layouts and solutions.
• Lead efficiency initiatives to reduce downtime.
• Provide on-call support for critical events.
