Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within a consulting engineering firm, with data center design project experience preferred.
• Skilled at translating client requirements into comprehensive fee proposals and project scopes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering or Architectural) or equivalent professional experience; PMP certification preferred.
• 8+ years of project management experience
• Strong leadership capabilities, including coaching, supervision, staffing, and performance management.
• Expertise in project management best practices, including budget development and tracking, planning, process improvement, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete client projects on time within budget and scope.
• Oversee all aspects of projects; set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress.
• Lead internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Prepare reports for upper management on project status.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and manage changes in scope, schedule, and cost.
• Maintain strong client, stakeholder, and vendor relationships and conduct risk management.
