Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience in a consulting engineering firm.
• Translating client requirements into fee proposals and scopes.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, staffing and performance management.
• Expertise in budgeting, planning, process improvement and team management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete projects on time, within budget and scope.
• Oversee all aspects of projects and set deadlines.
• Prepare reports for upper management on project status.
• Lead execution by coordinating internal teams and vendors.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Define scope and technical requirements with clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed project plans and manage changes.
• Build client, stakeholder and vendor relationships and manage risk.
