Job summary

Ramboll US Corporation is seeking a Power Systems Project Manager, Data Center Focus to lead data center and mission-critical power projects across multiple U.S. locations with a hybrid work model. You will own scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships, guiding teams from feasibility through construction support.

Lead multi-disciplinary coordination, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development while upholding Ramboll QA/QC standards and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field required.
• 7+ years in power systems or electrical infrastructure project delivery.
• Experience with data center, mission-critical, or large-load clients preferred.
• Knowledge of substation design, interconnection processes, and transmission planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, schedules, and budgets for data center and power engagements.
• Serve as primary client contact for developers, investors, and agencies.
• Lead multi-disciplinary coordination across engineering and interconnection teams.
• Manage subconsultants, vendors, and contract administration.
• Support early-stage feasibility studies and master planning for pre-investment sites.
• Identify and manage project risks with mitigations.
• Lead proposals, fee estimates, and client presentations.
• Ensure QA/QC and compliance with industry standards.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and junior staff.
• Coordinate with Interconnection and Substation teams to ground deliverables.
