Job summary

Ramboll is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client projects in the consulting engineering sector. You will coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver complex projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to translate client needs into detailed plans and proposals, and substantial experience in data center design. A Bachelor's in Engineering or Architecture and PMP are preferred, with 8+ years of PM experience.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within a consulting engineering firm, with data center design project experience preferred.
• Skilled at translating client requirements into comprehensive fee proposals and project scopes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering or Architectural) or equivalent professional experience; PMP certification preferred.
• 8+ years of project management experience
• Strong leadership capabilities, including coaching, supervision, staffing, and performance management.
• Expertise in project management best practices, including budget development and tracking, planning, process improvement, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.
• Oversee all aspects of projects; set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress.
• Lead internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure quality, efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget through planning, resource allocation and progress monitoring.
• Define project scope, objectives and technical requirements with clients and key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, manage scope, schedule and cost changes.
• Build and maintain strong client, stakeholder and vendor relationships while conducting risk management.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, lead client meetings, gather requirements and ensure clear communication.
