Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of people management and team development experience.
• 5+ years of engineering work managing large-scale services experience.
• Experience maintaining SLAs through proactive issue detection and reporting.
• Experience operating a mission-critical team or product.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data center critical physical infrastructure to ensure high availability.
• Manage on-site 24x7 shift technicians, subcontractors, and vendors; night shift.
• Drive safety, security, and compliance within the team.
• Hire, coach, and develop team members and drive performance.
• Manage operations budget and expenditures.
• Lead improvement projects from concept to completion.
• Respond to out-of-hours emergency calls.
• Support multiple locations/sites as needed.
