T5 Data Centers in Des Moines, IA is seeking a seasoned Critical Facilities Manager to oversee data center operations and safety across facilities. You will lead a team of technicians and managers to achieve 100% availability, drive reliability improvements, and manage power, cooling, and environmental controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 5–7+ years in mission-critical environments.
• Minimum 5 years direct management of non-exempt shift-based employees.
• Technical schooling with emphasis on mission-critical operations preferred (US Navy a plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete physical assets for operation and maintenance of data center infrastructure.
• Build a staff of technicians and junior managers to deliver 100% uptime.
• Manage power, cooling and environmental controls within the data halls.
• On-call 24x7 to respond to data center emergencies.
• Own customer relationships and serve as single point of contact for facility issues.
