Job summary

T5 Data Centers is seeking a Critical Facilities Manager to lead data center operations and safety initiatives across our facilities. The role focuses on building a capable team of technicians and managers, driving continuous improvements, and ensuring top-tier uptime and reliability for enterprise and hyperscale customers.

The candidate will manage power/cooling, environmental controls, and CMMS-based maintenance, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet SLA commitments and safety

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct management of non-exempt, shift-based employees.
• Experience in mission-critical environments is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and fire protection systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete physical assets for operation and maintenance of data center infrastructure.
• Build and develop a staff of technicians and junior managers to deliver 100% uptime while minimizing risk.
• Oversee power and cooling capacity and environmental conditions within Data Halls.
• Resolve electrical, mechanical, and Fire Protection System issues with management and customers.
• On-call 24x7 to respond to data center emergencies.
• Manage customer relationships as the single point of contact for facility-related issues.
