Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients and attends meetings.
• Coordinates and manages repair, maintenance work by technicians, vendors and contractors.
• Reviews work orders and ensures assignments are completed on time.
• Manages capital projects, prepares budgets and variance reports.
• Reviews and procures price quotes for parts, services and labor.
• Oversees vendor relationships and cost center coding for invoices.
• Conducts financial and business analysis and prepares reports.
