Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager for an on-site Data Center campus in Sandston, VA. The role requires being onsite five days a week and focuses on regulated spaces, supporting Property Managers with repairs and investment plans.

You will supervise maintenance technicians indirectly, coordinate with trades, and ensure tasks follow CBRE RISE values while delivering reliable operations and timely responses to client requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency inOffice software to support data center operations.
• Ability to analyze solutions and apply judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage painting and patchwork projects.
• Oversee major repairs of architectural items, cabinets, doors, and windows.
• Direct the installation of shelving and fixtures.
• Serve as point of contact for front-line client requests.
• Coordinate with trades personnel on maintenance tasks.
• Apply standard procedures to accomplish tasks and solve routine problems.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
