Qualifications

• Two+ years of Microsoft Office products experience.
• Two+ years of electrical and mechanical experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Daily building rounds to monitor electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems.
• Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and EPMS.
• Troubleshoot facility and rack-level events within SLA.
• Perform rack installs and decommissioning.
• PM, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and repairs.
• Coordinate on-site with contractors and vendors.
• Assist with change management and technical documentation.
• Shifts up to 12 hours and possible on-call rotations.
