Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3–5 years of engineering management experience in data centers or mission‑critical environments.
• Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing lower‑level supervisors or technical team leads.
• Ability to clearly guide the exchange of complex technical information and deliver critical incident updates.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and ensure reliability of the engineering department.
• Deep familiarity with CMMS platforms (e.g., Maximo) and DCIM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision, performance evaluations, and leadership coaching to Maintenance and Tech Leads.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training alignment for frontline technicians to maintain uptime.
• Manage daily schedules, escalation protocols, and cross‑training across shifts.
• Maintain high‑trust relationships with clients, vendor partners, and external contractors.
• Own the site engineering department budget (P&L), OpEx, and CapEx planning.
• Develop site‑specific goals to optimize infrastructure efficiency and track PUE.
