• Provide formal supervision and performance evaluations for Maintenance and Tech Leads.
• Guide onboarding and training alignment for frontline technicians to maintain uptime.
• Coordinate daily schedules, escalation protocols, and cross-training across shifts.
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and external contractors.
• Manage site engineering department budget (P&L), OpEx, and CapEx planning.
• Develop site-specific goals to optimize infrastructure efficiency and track PUE.
• Ensure safety standards and SOPs are followed down to floor level.
• Maintain regulatory records and CMMS compliance.
