Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks an Engineering Team Lead to provide technical oversight and design team management for Data Center projects. This role drives financials, resources, and leadership across engineering staff, with mentoring responsibilities.

You will oversee Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff, communicate with PMs, and lead CAC, value engineering, and project design meetings, including site visits. A PE license and 8+ years of experience are typical requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences.
• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of engineering experience.
• Registration as a licensed US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop design Fee and oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.
• Oversee Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff assigned to team or project work.
• Communicate with Project Manager (PM) or Owner regarding effort required to accomplish deliverables.
• Lead the Engineering CAC effort and interaction with the project PM.
• Perform Value Engineering studies and act as Engineer of Record for projects.
