Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to provide technical oversight and manage design teams across challenging electrical projects. The role emphasizes leadership, schedule adherence, and effective collaboration with PMs and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will hold a PE license, have extensive engineering experience, and be prepared to mentor staff while ensuring compliance with codes and standards on multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences.
• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of Engineering Experience and PE license.
• Field experience is strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and develop a design fee for the work requested.
• Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.
• Oversee Engineers, Designers and Modeling staff assigned to team or project work.
• Communicate with Project Manager or Executive regarding effort required to accomplish deliverables.
• Lead the Engineering CAC effort and interaction with the project PM.
• Oversee coordination with city, state, and county officials and other regulatory agencies.
