Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Director of Engineering – Data Centers to lead regional engineering strategy, operations and performance for state-of-the-art data center designs, including next-generation AI-focused facilities.

You will partner with senior leadership to influence strategic direction, oversee engineering teams, manage budgets, and ensure execution excellence across multiple locations. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, construction sciences, or related discipline.
• Typically requires 12 years of related work experience.
• Registration as a licensed US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required.

Responsibilities

• Directs regional engineering strategy, operations and performance.
• Oversees engineering teams delivering data center designs, incl. AI-focused facilities.
• Recruit, train and deploy staff throughout the region.
• HR and budgetary oversight for the regional engineering group.
• Develops proposals and secures work for the firm.
