Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. in Pflugerville, Texas is seeking a Senior Engineering Team Lead (Data Center Design) to oversee engineering teams, develop design plans, and manage resources for complex data center projects.

You will coordinate with Project Executives, perform QA/QC, lead value engineering studies, and drive on-time delivery while upholding safety and quality standards. 10+ years of engineering experience and PE license preferred; travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• Field experience in electrical design is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and develop design plans and fees for the work.
• Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.
• Oversee and evaluate team and project resource allocation and fee disposition.
• Supervise Engineers, Designers, and Modeling staff assigned to project work.
• Coordinate with Project Executives and Division Manager on deliverables and staffing.
