Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Data Center Technician to maintain server hardware, storage and network components. You will validate cabling, monitor ticketing work queues, mentor junior technicians, and implement fixes within SOP/MOP guidelines.

The role requires strong hardware knowledge, ability to work in a 24/7 environment, and willingness to travel for site support. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

• Train on advanced fix and repair techniques aligned with SOPs/MOPs for Data Center Change Control.
