Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Facility Maintenance Electrician II to join our operations and maintenance team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This role provides intermediate to advanced electrical expertise in responding to work orders, troubleshooting, and repairing fixtures and systems in a data center and industrial environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-4 years’ electrician experience in data center/industrial environment.
• Ability to work in an aerial lift or scissor lift up to 30 feet.
• Strong organizational/time management skills.
• Pre-employment background check and substance abuse test required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility electrical systems and control circuits.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair electrical equipment up to 480V.
• Work around 13.8K voltage; ensure safety.
• Support facility electrical expansion projects.
• Adhere to NFPA70e and electrical codes.
• Document electrical and control needs in CMMS.
• Mentor junior technicians and train others as needed.
• Respond to work orders and complete tasks on time.
