Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Electrical Supervisor/Foreperson to join our Fort Wayne data center team. You will prioritize work, ensure on-time completion, manage training, and enforce safety guidelines across multi-functional crews.

The role covers estimating, planning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and documenting electrical and control needs of facility switchgear, panels, lighting, and process equipment. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 years’ electrician experience in a data center, heavy industrial, or pharmaceutical / biomedical environment.
• supervisory or subcontract management experience in a technical industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Indiana Electrical Journeyman license is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current and future data center electrical systems.
• Lead safety program for the worksite and maintain safety reporting.
• Review and approve time reporting and manage workforce performance.
• Support data center electrical expansion projects.
• Adhere to electrical codes (NFPA70e) and coordinate with engineers and management.
