Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Electrician III (Server Floor Technician) to join our operations & maintenance team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This role provides intermediate to advanced electrical expertise in maintaining data center fixtures, switchgear, panels, lighting, and process equipment, with emphasis on preventive maintenance and CMMS documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or demonstrated equivalent.
• 3-5 years’ experience as an electrician in data center, industrial environment, maintenance shop, manufacturing facility or equivalent.
• Ability to work in an aerial lift or scissor lift up to 30 feet.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current and future facility electrical systems.
• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs electrical equipment and control circuits up to 480V AC.
• Adhere to NFPA70e and safety guidelines; operate with PPE.
• Perform preventive maintenance on process/production equipment in CMMS.
