Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction for mission-critical data center projects from installation through turnover and commissioning. You will oversee field teams, manage subcontractors, maintain schedules and budgets, and ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction on site in St.

Louis, MO. The position requires 10+ years in electrical construction on large-scale projects, proficiency with medium- and low-voltage systems, and strong coordination

Qualifications

10+ years in electrical construction for mission critical/data center/large commercial projects.
Proven experience leading electrical field operations (Superintendent/Construction Manager).
Strong knowledge of medium- and low-voltage power distribution and critical power infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical construction activities from installation through turnover and commissioning.
Manage field subcontractors, manpower, sequencing and day-to-day performance.
Develop and monitor schedules and budgets for electrical scopes of work.
