The role oversees the General Contractor’s activities, reporting schedule status back to the owner, and leading field teams with strong technical expertise in large-scale data center work.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in electrical project management, solid leadership, and experience with substation and power distribution systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of electrical project management experience, ideally in data center construction or with an electrical contractor.
• Experience with substation and power distribution systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage and collaborate with project stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate across internal team to ensure efficiency and consistent delivery to the client.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify that project governance, processes and systems are utilized.
• Ensure application of best practice on all projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Monitor progress of multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied correctly.
• Manage interface between all suppliers through trackers and weekly reviews.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.
• Rapid response to RFIs from the field.
• Provide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance.
