Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead data center infrastructure programs in Houston, overseeing complex electrical and instrumentation work from preconstruction to turnover.

You will manage safety, schedule, cost, quality and commissioning readiness while coordinating with owners, trade partners, OEMs, engineers, and executives to deliver fast-track data center solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct data center construction experience.
• Strong electrical infrastructure knowledge: MV/LV distribution, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, busway, grounding, and controls.
• Hands-on leadership through energization, LOTO, switching, testing, commissioning, and turnover.
• Proven control of cost, schedule, labor forecasting, procurement, change management, and risk.
• Ability to lead difficult conversations, drive recovery plans, and build strong project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project teams and campus work packages; own safety, schedule, cost, margin, quality, commissioning readiness, and client confidence.
• Collaborate with owners, trade partners, commissioning teams, OEMs, engineers, and executives to deliver reliable, fast-track data center infrastructure.
• Drive mission-critical electrical delivery and ensure project milestones are met.
