Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing seeks a Construction Manager for a large data center project in Turkey, Texas. This on-site role leads field operations, coordinates subcontractors and trade partners, and ensures safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

You will organize daily activities, review drawings and schedules, and communicate progress to project leadership. Ideal candidates have leadership experience on complex commercial/industrial projects and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial/industrial/multi-trade construction leadership.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, coordination, scheduling.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and field supervision.
• Ability to read construction drawings and schedules.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• On-site work in Turkey, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities on an active data center project.
• Coordinate with project leadership, field supervisors, subcontractors, and trade partners.
• Coordinate sequencing, manpower, materials, equipment, and field activities.
• Monitor progress and report concerns to leadership.
• Review drawings, schedules, and specs to support field execution.
• Identify conflicts across trades and maintain momentum.
• Participate in meetings and provide progress updates.
• Anticipate delays and coordinate corrective actions.
• Focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
