Kodiak Construction Recruiting & Staffing seeks an experienced Electrical Project / Construction Manager to lead a large-scale Data Center project in Abernathy, Texas. You will oversee startup through commissioning on a multi-million-dollar facility, coordinating schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relations.

The role requires 8+ years in electrical construction management, with data center or mission-critical project experience.

Qualifications

8+ years of electrical construction management experience.
Experience managing electrical construction projects exceeding $20M.
Data Center, Mission Critical, Industrial, or EPC construction experience.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, procurement, and project controls.
Experience with forecasting, subcontractor management, and project execution.
Proven leadership, client relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead overall project execution from startup through turnover.
Manage project schedules, staffing plans, procurement strategies, and subcontractors.
Oversee project financial performance, forecasting, and cost controls.
Develop and execute project delivery strategies.
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Lead project risk management, change management, and issue resolution.
Ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved.
Oversee commissioning activities and project closeout.
