Qualifications

• 5 years of experience supervising Heavy Industrial Electrical projects.
• Journeyman or Master Electrical License required.
• Oil & Gas and Power experience required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Owns safety and QA/QC on the job site and ensures compliance with specs.
• Oversees electrical group activities, coordinating workers, materials and equipment.
• Manages schedule conflicts across crafts and communicates priorities.
• Monitors progress and counsels subordinates to meet output, quality, safety, and training goals.
• Writes reports and enforces policies in coordination with management.
