KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing seeks an Electrical and Instrumentation Superintendent-Data Center (Night Shift) in Houston, TX. Lead the electrical construction on a mission-critical data center, directing the electrical group and ensuring safety, quality, and coordination across trades.

The role requires 5+ years of heavy industrial electrical supervision, a Journeyman/Master Electrician license, and Oil & Gas/Power experience, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience supervising Heavy Industrial Electrical projects.
• Must hold a Journeyman or Master Electrical License.
• Oil & Gas and Power experience required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Possess valid drivers’ license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Overall accountability for job site safety and quality assurance/quality control procedures.
• Coordinate workers, material, and equipment; ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and set work priorities across trades.
• Monitor daily progress and provide guidance to subordinates; conduct performance reviews.
• Communicate effectively with management and client representatives to maintain project momentum.
