Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Data Center Electrical Engineer to join our Building Engineering Services team in Denver, Colorado. You will lead the electrical design on data center and mission critical projects, coordinating with clients, PMs, architects, and other disciplines.

As an employee-owned firm, HDR values mentorship of junior engineers, rigorous QA/QC, and delivering innovative, reliable power and electrical systems for high-performance facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering (Electrical emphasis) is required.
• Minimum 10 years of electrical design experience for buildings.
• Professional Engineer license recognized by the local board.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design on data center and mission critical projects.
• Coordinate with clients, PMs, architects, and disciplines to develop docs.
• Perform QA/QC of construction documents and specs.
• Develop feasibility reports and construction documents.
